By letting the customer answer a number of simple questions in a fun environment, spotlight could easily prepare for a meeting with a new potential customer. With the help of the answers the customer left before the first contact was made, Spotlight could already assess how far the customer had left to be listed with them. Spotlight got a much shorter starting distance in meetings where you could directly help the customer without having to go through a lot of background facts first.
