Synsam

Synsam was doing a major job of reviewing their site and one of the parts is that the logged in mode "My Account" will be smarter and more useful for the user. Here, Thomas has produced a full re-design of the logged-in mode along from wireframes that have been developed by Synsam. Many parts of this project required a great deal of thinking as the flow in the wireframes did not feel optimal for the end user. Something that in the end Synsam applauded.

With the redesign of My account, Synsam got a simpler overview of what information is relevant to their users. They also developed new contact surfaces to reach their customers with e.g. offers, also an easy way to communicate with their customers for e.g. unpaid invoices. The new My pages also made it easier for the user to find information and not have to burden customer service in the same way as before.
